it's the prine time
A good friend once said, "there's a hole in my heart where John Prine goes."
Painted on a hand cut wood design resembling the peaks of the stained-glass windows in The Ryman mother church down in Nashville where I last got to see him play.
About the series:
designed, created & painting from the heart of the holler in Eastern Kentucky. this series of paintings & pottery is inspired by a few tall tales, sissycat warnings, & honky tonk dreams. after working for over a decade in Music City I decided it was time to bring old Nashville to my new pottery & painting line. from the outlaws to the angels, I hope y'all enjoy this taste of old Nashville.
